The Third Man is a favorite of mine and you may have just ruined it for me by pointing this out! How will I not laugh everytime the score comes on?
Sorry about that! This was the first time I’ve seen The Third Man in nearly a decade, and when hearing that incredible zither theme, all I could think was, “Where have I heard this over the years since then?” Quickly realizing, “Holy shit, you’re kidding me.” I did a search and I didn’t see anyone make this connection, so I thought I’d gone mad, but thank you for confirming that I’m not at this juncture.
Isn’t seriously eerie (and hilarious) how close they are?
